Milky Mist Invests Rs 109.6 Crore in Arasanoor Solar Expansion

Milky Mist Dairy Food has expanded its renewable energy footprint by commissioning a new 10 MW solar plant in Arasanoor, Tamil Nadu, bringing its total green capacity to 41 MW. With this latest installation, the total investment for the 25 MW Arasanoor location reaches Rs 109.6 crore. The project is set to generate roughly two million units of clean electricity annually to power its Perundurai manufacturing plant and chilling centres, ultimately reducing carbon emissions by 16,000 tonnes each year and eliminating reliance on the conventional grid.
